TEACHER of ENGLISH or DEPUTY HEAD of ENGLISH

Full-time, Permanent

Required September 2024 to teach KS3/4 English Language and English Literature as well as English Language and/or English Literature to KS5

Experience of teaching both subjects to KS4 is essential.
Experience of teaching either subject at KS5 is highly desirable.

A TLR 2b (currently £5,347) as Deputy Head of English may be available for the right candidate

We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding teacher to join our forward-thinking English Department.  The department also leads on whole-school reading as the key to success, across all subjects, and we ensure that students of all abilities are challenged.

We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated and talented teacher who is eager to inspire and challenge: someone who can encourage a love of English and reading and has a passion for learning. There is an excellent induction programme; a wealth of experience in the department; and access to the latest evidence-informed CPD.

TEACHER of RELIGIOUS EDUCATION

Full-time, Temporary for one year

Required September 2024 to teach KS3, KS4 and KS5 Religious Education.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and talented teacher who is eager to inspire and challenge; someone who can encourage a love of RE and has a passion for learning. There is an excellent induction programme; outstanding support for ECTs; access to the latest evidence-informed CPD and a wealth of experience within the department.
